Benefits of Breastfeeding

Noel and I attended the Breastfeeding Basics seminar last August 25 at the Medical City. It is co-sponsored by Latch Inc, a group of breastfeeding counselors helping Moms like me increase awareness about breastffeeding. It was a whole day affair, with the breastfeeding seminar in the morning, and a parenting seminar in the afternoon.

Noel and I have of course calculated the cost of Formula Milk, and we’ve been trying to adjust our budget once the little one gets here. Better forewarned… We also know that we need to prepare ourselves, not just phycically (for the sleepless nights), financially (for the expenses), but also spiritually and emotionally.
