My New Workstation

After some time (or a good one year) I finally have my own work space which I can really personalize. When I first got to where I am now, I was a nomad. Having squatted at some random office desk pre-maternity leave, then post-maternity leave, being dragged from one place to another. I found solace at the conference room where some of my colleagues retreat too…

Here is my new spot. Notice how I have a general theme? Pastel colors are so girly, and I initially thought I can’t pull it off. I did not intend to have one, but I’ve been so into Unclutterer lately and I was so inspired to have my station photographed so I can join their Flickr pool and hopefully be featured! Still mustering the guts to do so though. Jozzua had posted a picture of his space already, so might as well join the fad. I’m also on a low cost budget so I have to really scout for value for money office supplies at the bookstore the other day. Budget was PhP 500, another post on this later.

I also had the privilege to host Gnomie, Jozzua’s traveling cactus for a day. The next day he went to another desk already so I got a picture of him so I could say he was there first… So there you go. Here is my cool spot. Drop by some time!
