If there’s a will, there’s a way…
Written by maialancholy on May 27th, 2008If there is one thing that hinders me from blogging, it’s the time. So when the hubby has instilled proper motivation in me, I discovered that Wordpress was blocked from my side of the network. Boooo. What to do right? I do have a very valid reason not to blog anymore (since I dedicate my time at home to the li’l boy).
In awe of God
Written by maialancholy on May 26th, 2008I have been quiet for some time. But that doesn’t mean I ran out of things to write. In fact, this signals that I have a lot of things to write about, I just can’t figure out which ones to write first… A lot of things have happened, I went to the US and gone home, the little boy is 7 months old already, the hubby started on a new job. God is indeed good, heck, He is great!
From Carson to San Francisco
Written by maialancholy on May 5th, 2008From our Carson office in the outskirts of LA, I flew in to San Francisco to attend the E-metrics Marketing Optimization Summit. Of course the office took care of my accommodations and I was glad they took really good care of me. I was booked in a secure and comfortable place both in Carson and in San Francisco. I was kind of observing how these two hotels are very different even though they are both in the US…
Just what I needed
Written by maialancholy on May 3rd, 2008I was very nervous because it was the first time I’m going to travel outside the Philippines. On top of that, I am all alone. With my aunt in LA hardly replying to my emails, I wasn’t sure if someone would be there to welcome me. Even at the NAIA Terminal 2 I was jittery already. I kept replaying the process my Mama told me in my mind so I wouldn’t look like I’m lost, even though inside, I so feel I am.
